In the wake of all the big trades going down in the NBA and losing Trevor Ariza for next season my LA Lakers picked up one of the best defender/scorers in the league Ron Artest. All the doubters think he will be a problem, but the guru Phil Jackson has dealt and kept in check some of the biggest egos in the game i.e. Dennis Rodman. I think after losing Ariza, Artest is the next best thing. Make a spot to put your new ring Ron.

Unfortunately today the King of Pop passed away from cardiac arrest. It came out of nowhere and the exact details are still sketchy but one thing can be said for sure you cannot deny he is a legend and perhaps the most popular entertainer of all time, there is no one on Earth who doesn't know who he is and his music will play on till the end of time. You will be missed Michael Jackson, rest in peace hit a moonwalk in Heaven.

Fight of the Night!

Last night was The Ultimate Fighter Finale, and the main even was a lightweight war between Clay "The Carpenter" Guida vs. Diego "The Nightmare" Sanchez. From bell to bell these guys were non stop in a bloody war even to the point where Guida survived a vicious head kick in the first round to come out strong in the second. The decision wen to Diego but both men fought a hard fight and deserve much respect.

Big Baby pushes kid!!!

Okay for the record I hate the Boston Celtics and I hate how they beat the Magic in game 4 but I thought it was HILARIOUS how Big Baby Glen Davis pushes a little kid standing courtside after he hit the game winning buzzer beater. It reminds me of Will Ferrell when he pushed the little kid on Kicking and Screaming lol. Watch the clip and at the 58 second - 1 minute mark on the slow motion he pushes the poor kid! CLASSIC!

Farrington's Dance Champion!

So being the Dancing Machine and all, Friday night was turning out pretty GRIM until we decided to go to Farrington's at 12:30am. When we got there the dance floor was empty except for this Prince look alike and a random dude. Until the Dancing Machines me and Frank hit the floor!! We start dancing and the DJ said dance off and the other 2 dudes saw us dance and left the floor. Then soon as I know it some random girl was getting on me! Then a few minutes later it started CRACKIN. Once again SWG saved the club and took over! Many "Machine Guns" were handed out that night.
